kwf cancer treatment

KWF was looking for a partner to maintain their Salesforce environment. Salesforce was already present and equipped. Cloudgrizzly took over the maintenance of Salesforce in cooperation with KWF and Bridgin.it. The team is preoccupied with new developments, updates, new features and expansions where needed. Besides the standard Salesforce environment KWF also works with the nonprofit success pack (NPSP).

Engie

Engie wanted the process, from creating the invoice until the commencement of the contract and possible changes on the contract, to be insightful. This basicly is the mapping of the customer journey of a customer at Engie. At first, Engie wanted insights on the scope and an estimation of the size of the project. The project team, together with Engie, made the project insightful. Meanwhile we are working on the implementation of this project.

Eurofiber

Eurofiber needed a platform for managing leads, conversions and orders. The base of Salesforce was implemented, for specific problem developments have been made. Together with developers from Eurofiber, PwC, Vlocity and freelancers we started this project.

Fudura

Cloudgrizzly is working on multiple projects at Fudura. For example, Fudura wanted to build a connection register so they could ease the administrative load on private owners. With the administrative services department Fudura takes care of the usage reading, the message traffic for changing suppliers, the (sub-)allocation and reconciliation, the monitoring and communicating of usage and if needed, customer specific reports and billing.

Telfort business

Telfort business was looking for a way in which their partners could sell subscriptions via one and the same channel. There was a portal present, but this was outdated. Besides the channel, the also wanted to update their product offers and make this available in the new channel.

Driessen Logistics

Driessen Logistics wanted to integrate Salesforce, Kewill and Exact Online Business software. Driessen is using Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage their own sales process. Besides that, they use Kewill B2B e-commerce and e-fulfillment solutions to manage their supply chain.
